Almaty becomes member of International Congress and Convention Association

Almaty city became a member of the International Congress and Convention Association. According to experts, this way it is planned to develop business tourism in the international arena. Joining the association provides an opportunity to establish new partnerships with various tourism organizations. It is planned to host about 20 business events annually in Almaty. 950 cities in 88 different countries are members of the association. According to the International Congress and Convention Association’s rating for 2020, Kazakhstan ranks 79th in the MICE tourism.
