Serbia’s spiritual leaders to participate in 7th Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions

During an expert meeting in Belgrade timed to coincide with the upcoming 7th Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, spiritual leaders of Serbia supported Kazakhstan’s aspirations to promote interreligious dialogue. Kazakh Ambassador Madi Atamkulov highlighted the uniqueness of the Congress as a dialogue platform. Spiritual leaders and experts, in their turn, stressed that it is interreligious dialogue that can serve to enhance cooperation between countries and nations. According to them, such global events in spiritual diplomacy as the Congress are much needed in the conditions of the complicated international situation. The Serbian side will take part in the event, which will take place in the capital in September.
