Three repatriation flights from Polish city of Katowice to be arranged for Kazakh citizens

The situation regarding the return of Kazakh citizens from Ukraine is under the personal control of President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, his press secretary informed. The Head of State listened to the report by the Kazakh Ambassador to Ukraine, Darkhan Kaletayev, on the measures being taken to repatriate the citizens. According to Kazakhstan’s Civil Aviation Committee, three repatriation flights from the Polish city of Katowice will be arranged for Kazakh citizens. The Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, jointly with the Foreign Ministry, the Kazakh Embassies in Ukraine and Poland, as well as the Air Astana airline, worked out the issue of organizing Katowice – Atyrau repatriation flights. According to the Foreign Ministry, all costs of the flights will be covered by the state.
