Building New Kazakhstan: residents make their proposals

Every citizen of the country can participate in the building of a ‘New Kazakhstan’. Even without leaving home. Anyone can leave their recommendations on the website of the Kazakhstan Institute of Social Development "Rukhani Zhangyru". This was reported by its leadership. In general, Kazakh residents can apply to the institute with proposals for the transformation of the country on a variety of issues, including medicine, education, infrastructure, as well as other socio-economic problems of the population.

“All this will be in the general form, in the form of recommendations, which are arranged by industry, direction and by regions. This should proceed continuously, because the population, the voice of the population, their wishes, recommendations should be heard always and everywhere,” said Assem Kaidarova, Deputy Chairperson, Kazakh Institute for Social Development ‘Rukhani Zhangyru’.

A special expert and analytical working group will collect and process recommendations on building the "New Kazakhstan", as well as participate in the promotion of these ideas. It includes political scientists, sociologists, journalists, civil activists, scientific and creative intellectuals, as well as representatives of state authorities.

“On behalf of the Head of State, a proposal was made to create a dialogue platform, to create a social agreement with the population. For this we have created a group that will collect ideas and recommendations from the population, from the people of Kazakhstan,” opined Assem Kaidarova.
