Akmola region hosts third international theatre festival

Akmola region hosts the third international festival of Russian drama theatres “TeART-Kokshe”. This year, 13 creative teams from Kazakhstan, Russia and Kyrgyzstan are participating in the festival. World famous art critics have been evaluating their performances for five days. This time, the competition takes place in a new format. Master classes are conducted specifically for the festival participants. Thus, according to the organizers, the main purpose of the event is not so much to demonstrate the performing arts and genre variety of performances, but to share experiences. The festival will end today. It is dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence.
