Results of second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine

Organization of humanitarian corridors - delegations from Russia and Ukraine reached such an agreement during the second round of talks. In the near future, logistics issues will be worked out and special channels of communication and interaction will be established. The parties agreed on a third meeting, which, like the previous ones, will be held in Belarus, presumably next week.
