Kazakhstan’s interfaith harmony discussed abroad

Kazakhstan’s experience of interfaith harmony was discussed in Prague. The round table was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence. It was attended by Kazakh and Czech scientists, politicians, diplomats, as well as religious clerics. The participants discussed topical issues in the field of religion-state relations, the tasks of strengthening Kazakhstan’s identity on the basis of a national vision, and the growing role of civil society in promoting interreligious dialogue and mutual understanding. According to the participants, Kazakhstan has one of the most efficient systems for ensuring peace and harmony. During the meeting, representatives of the Kazakh Embassy organized a thematic photo exhibition dedicated to the anniversary of the country’s Independence.
