Kazakhstan introduces restrictions on sunflower seeds export

As of today, Kazakhstan has introduced restrictions on sunflower seeds export, the State Revenue Committee of Kazakh Ministry of Finance reported. The quota will last until late September. Such measures were taken in order to ensure the food security of the country. The restrictions do not apply to the goods that are already undergoing customs procedures.
