Kazakhstan’s exports of processed goods up by 34%

In January-April 2022, exports of processed goods from Kazakhstan amounted to US$7.5 billion, QazTrade reports. The growth was due to increased exports of such goods as uranium, ferroalloys, copper, flour, natural gas, zinc and others. In total, Kazakhstan’s turnover of processed goods in the first four months of 2022 amounted to about US$19.5 billion. This is almost 20 percent more than in the same period last year. As for the total trade in processed goods and commodities, in January-April 2022 it amounted to US$39.7 billion.
