‘Study the past and shape the present, thereby brightening the future.’
From time immemorial, our ancestors gave a deep meaning to any profession, mastered the art of handicrafts and passed it down from generation to generation. This is the main feature of the nomadic way of life and culture, which has been uninterrupted for centuries.
The School of Nomads is an ethnographic project that tells the audience about the culture and life of not only Kazakhs but also other Turkic peoples, learning traditional trades and crafts with the masters of the field. After all, the main heirs of the great nomadic civilization are the Turks.
