Sixty-year-old man breaking stereotypes - Valery Zhumadilov
In the new issue of Sports Nation, we'll go to the Kazakhstan Trophy Raid Cup. We'll talk to Valery Zhumadilov, vice-champion of Europe in masters athletics. At the end of the issue, we'll tell you about the most useful sport for children.
It's hard to believe, but Valery recently turned 60. He came to this milestone as an eight-time champion of Estonia, champion of Russia, Belarus, and vice-champion of Europe in athletics. Valery resides permanently in Estonia's capital, Tallinn, but this year he decided to perform under the flag of Kazakhstan.
