The first Kazakh legal document

A group of Semey scholars has discovered a peculiar document in Kazan University library. It was Abay’s Code for common Kazakhs written in Arabic graphics. This document has never been discovered neither in archives nor in libraries in Kazakhstan.

So what were the reasons for this historical incident? What kind of legal mysteries are hidden between the crumbling pages of this unique code? And what were the laws that the Great Steppe was obeying to?
