‘Karavansaray Turkistan’ complex expects 500,000 tourists by the end of 2021

A new complex in Turkistan welcomes guests! The largest in Central Asia, the unique tourist destination “Karavansaray” is ready to receive half a million tourists, announced the General Manager of the complex Ahmet Keles in an interview with Qazaq TV. According to him, today the complex is of great interest not only among tourists from Kazakhstan, but also among visitors from abroad. They are attracted by unusual architectural solutions, rich cultural program that reflects the history and myths of the steppe civilization. It should be noted that the complex was built in record time – in 14 months.

“Even though we have a pandemic year, we got enough attention from Astana, Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, Bishkek, Tashkent. So, we were very happy with the reaction of guests. And we are waiting for half a million visitors (by the end of the year). And hopefully, hopeful, next year we will have no pandemic, which is look like we will get from the other countries as well. It is going to up in three years around two million visitors per year,” said Ahmet Keles, General Manager, Karavansaray Turkistan.
