Kazakh residents to be able to visit public service centers using Ashyq app

Public service centers in Kazakhstan are returning to the previous working mode with the Ashyq mobile application. Each front office has already received its personal QR code for scanning. According to the decree of the country’s Chief State Sanitary Doctor, now customers with the safe and neutral health status can receive public services without an online appointment. The customer with “yellow” or “red” statuses will not be permitted to enter the center’s building. Thus, centers will be able not only to accept a bigger number of citizens who want to receive public services, but also to protect their employees and other visitors. At the same time, customers still can make an appointment in advance, but this is not necessary anymore. If a customer does not have the Ashyq or other apps with similar functionality, employees of public service centers will identify his or her health status using the provided individual identification number at the entrance.
