Kazakh universities ranked among the world’s best

A record number of Kazakh higher education institutions have been ranked among the world’s top universities. For the first time in the history of QS World University Rankings, the authoritative publication by Quacquarelli Symonds included 14 Kazakh universities, the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Education and Science reported. Some educational institutions not only made it into the top list, but also strengthened their positions by ranking higher than before. This is an indication of the growing international recognition of higher education in Kazakhstan, experts say.
