Muslims celebrate Eid Al-Fitr

Today Muslims around the world celebrate one of the most important holidays – Eid al-Fitr, which marks the end of the 30-day fasting Ramadan and is celebrated for three days. On the holiday, people prepare generous feasts, visit each other, give gifts to children and those in need. Due to the unstable epidemic situation, traditional prayers today were held in the courtyards of Kazakh mosques in compliance with all sanitary requirements.

Eid al-Fitr is a holiday that brings joy and kindness, prompting humankind to good, friendship and brotherhood, contentment and mercy,” wished Supreme Mufti Nauryzbai Kazhy Taganuly.
