Over 50,000 Kazakh residents participate in “Yenbek” State Program

In January 2021, 52,400 people became participants of the “Yenbek” State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017–2021. 49,300 people were employed, 13,800 of them permanently. Subsidized jobs were found for 35,700 people, of which 3,700 – social jobs; 1,400 – youth practice; 30,600 – public works. 649,000 people became participants of the “Yenbek” State Program in 2020. 437,300 people were employed, 319,200 of them permanently. 12,700 microcredits were issued for the development of mass entrepreneurship, 44,900 state irrevocable grants were issued for the implementation of new business ideas. 18,700 people were sent for short-term trainings. Trainings in organizations of technical and vocational education covered 18,400 people. 5,800 people have been resettled from labor-surplus regions in 1,800 families as part of the increasing the mobility of labor resources.
