TiJi channel broadcasts cartoons in Kazakh language

Children in Kazakhstan will now be able to watch cartoons of the famous TV channel TiJi in the state language. Dubbing was made at the ‘Kazakhfilm’ studio for about a year. Before proceeding to voice acting, Kazakh actors were auditioned in foreign companies. According to the Kazakh Ministry of Information and Social Development, the project to translate the products of popular animated TV channels into Kazakh has been launched since 2021. TiJi broadcasts in 20 countries in 14 languages.

“We offer high-quality educational and entertainment programs for Kazakh children. Kids from two to seven years old have the opportunity to watch various cartoons in their native language. Each material is carefully checked during dubbing. Particular attention is paid to the quality of the translation,” said Jean-Rene Aucouturier, an international distribution director
