Three WWII veterans posthumously awarded ‘Khalyk Kaharmany’ title

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree on awarding three Kazakh residents posthumously with the highest honor of the title Khalyk Kaharmany and special honors of the Golden Star and Otan Order. They were given to Tuleugali Abdybekov, Alexander Nesmiyanov and Ibraim Suleimenov. They showed courage and heroism in the Second World War. Over the years, they were to be awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union several times.
