Junior Eurovision 2021: 10 finalists of national selection determined

10 finalists of the national selection of Junior Eurovision were determined. The winners of the qualifying round made it to the finals by online voting. The finals will be held on November 6, when a talent will be selected to represent the country at the 19th Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The event will take place on December 19 in Paris. Kazakhstan will participate in the music competition for the fourth time. The participation of the country in the Junior Eurovision became possible due to the fact that Khabar Agency is an associated member of European Broadcasting Union.

“This year, the contest in France will be held offline, that is, in the traditional format. Karakat Bashanova took part in the music competition last year. This year, our winner will be selected from this top 10 and will go to France to demonstrate his or her talent. Otherwise, everything will be same as last year. We selected 10 young talents out of thirty. A new song is written to each participant and they will sing it,” said Khamit Shangaliyev, music producer of contest.
