Kazakhstan wins third place in tank biathlon

Kazakhstan took the third place in the Tank Biathlon. This year, crews from Azerbaijan, China and Russia took part in the International Army Games, which took place in the town of Alabino near Moscow. Our tankmen showed excellent shooting results, successfully coping with all targets. However, Russian and Chinese tankmen immediately seized leadership. 19 teams took part in the competition.

“The race was very difficult. On the track, we couldn’t pick up a certain speed. Despite this, our team hit all the targets. We have fulfilled the requirements set before us,” shared the driver-mechanic Zhannur Zhumabayev.

“Our team was prepared for this competition. We performed well, more or less, I wanted to take a prize place, so the task was completed. We showed good shooting results,” added Amir Khalikov, Head of Main Inspectorate of Kazakh Defense Ministry.
