Kazakh students win 7 medals at Eurasian championship

The national team of Kazakhstan won seven medals, including two silver and five bronze ones at the WorldSkills Eurasian championship. The team involved the best college students who competed with their peers from Russia, China, India, Iran, Armenia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. Among the nominations of the championship are “Electrical installations”, “Graphic design technology”, “IT software solutions for business” and others. Kazakhstan has been taking an active part in this international competition since 2014. During this time, the country strengthened its position in the international educational ranking, moving from 50th to 14th place.
