Kassym-Jomart Tokayev receives Kazakh Defense Minister

The Kazakh Defense Minister reported to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the state of combat readiness of the country's army units. According to Ruslan Zhaksylykov, the main efforts are currently aimed at training management bodies and personnel and teaching the effective action in crisis situations. The Defense Minister reported on the implementation of the instructions given by the Head of State on the development of the Special Operations Forces and the equipment of the army with modern weapons. At the end of the meeting, the President highlighted the need to ensure a comprehensive and systematic improvement of the Armed Forces and maintain their combat readiness. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev also ordered to increase the country's defense capability.
