Kazakh, Uzbek presidents discuss bilateral and regional agenda

The Presidents of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan discussed the issues of bilateral and regional agendas in a telephone conversation. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the timeliness of the decisions taken by the leadership of the brotherly country to ensure stability in Karakalpakstan. He also wished Shavkat Mirziyoyev success in holding the referendum on constitutional amendments. President Tokayev noted that this event would become an important milestone in the implementation of the program of large-scale political and socio-economic transformations in Uzbekistan.
