Political scientists, economists support new course of Kazakhstan’s ruling party

The Amanat party must completely reorient its work, clearly articulate and announce the ideological doctrine, political scientist Yeldos Zhumagulov opined.

“There must be a competition, not a monopoly for this party to have real authority among the population. So far, there has been a monopoly of one single party and others were just around. We need strong competitors now to pursue this party. We need an ideological justification for these changes. What for? For the voters, because the voter should understand, let’s say, what the new party is about. This, in fact, should be a new party,” he noted.

It is necessary to create an innovative platform for a dialogue between the authorities and the public. For this purpose, specialists of higher educational institutions in Pavlodar proposed to introduce a ‘Talkylau’ mobile app. Researchers of the university have both young personnel and relevant resources to implement the initiative. The innovation can become the basis for the analysis of public opinion in the country.

“We are ready to work on some innovative programs. For example, the idea of opening the ‘Talkylau’ business platform is close to us. Here, our specialists could help both in digitalization and attracting young people and the population to this dialogue platform. In our opinion, a ‘Tazalaiyk’ project is also a good idea, and we are ready to work on it. This is the formation of environmental thinking,” Doctor of Economics Yerkin Sadykov said.
