Kazakhstan enters “green” zone in terms of coronavirus

Kazakhstan has entered the “green” zone in terms of the coronavirus spread. The country registers a significant decrease in cases of the deadly virus. Health workers reported that 989 more patients tested positive for COVID-19 in the last day. The highest number of 171 infected was recorded in Karagandy region. Plus 143 in the city of Almaty. 120 fresh cases were confirmed in the Kazakhstan’s capital.

To date, 24,600 people in the country continue to receive treatment for coronavirus. 579 patients are in critical condition. 78 are connected to artificial lung ventilation devices.
