Sanitary measures on Election Day

Mandatory masks, use of hand sanitizers and social distancing - such requirements are made on voters on the day of the upcoming elections. Chairperson of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Committee Aizhan Yesmagambetova said that the risk of coronavirus infection is still high, so it is necessary to carry out a non-contact measurement of body temperature indoors, as well as regulate the flow of people and use sanitizers. In addition, there should be isolation wards at the sites in case a patient with suspected COVID-19, or any person with a fever, is identified.
