Over 60 scientific projects to receive funding in Kazakhstan

Projects in healthcare, education, geological exploration, manufacturing industry, tourism and other spheres will receive funding in Kazakhstan. A projects contest, where innovators and scientific organizations can take part, kicked off in the country. The total prize fund is 18 billion tenge. It is expected that over 60 best innovations will be selected.

According to the requirements of the contest, the innovation must be fully completed and launched within three years, and co-financing must be at least 20 percent of the grant amount. Teams of up to five people can take part in the scientific competition. Applications for participation must be submitted through the automated information system is.ncste.kz.
