Preferential car loans to start functioning in Kazakhstan by end of April

The program of preferential car loans in Kazakhstan will start functioning until the end of April. The authorities decided not to limit those willing to obtain a preferential loan in the cost of purchased cars. However, as it was explained, the car loan will finance only 10 million tenge. At the same time, mostly domestic cars will be approved (almost US$21,500). This was stated by Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Kairbek Uskenbayev.

“The car loan will amount to up to 10 million tenge. However, you have the right to take a more expensive car, but you will have cover the difference from your own pocket. By the end of April, we will make a decision on this, and preferential car lending at four percent will be available,” Uskenbayev said.
