New service for entrepreneurs appears on Egov.kz

Businessmen can transfer a share of authorized capital into trust management from the comfort of their own home. A new service for entrepreneurs has been launched on the e-government portal. In addition, one can change the terms of transferring a share of the capital under shareholders’ control, as well as withdraw it. This service is available for both legal entities and natural persons completely free of charge. The new service launched on the egov.kz website is designed to save time, eliminate paperwork and administrative barriers.

“We have about 93 services for legal entities on the website. With the Ministry of Digital Development, we are actively working to improve the digital service for both citizens and businesses,” said Arai Urazova, Deputy Chairperson of the “National Information Technologies” JSC.
