Kazakhstan exports goods worth US$32 billion to foreign markets

Kazakhstan’s foreign trade has grown. Trade turnover reached just over US$53 billion, which is 7.4 percent more than last year. Exports accounted for the most part. Since the beginning of the year, Kazakhstan has supplied goods worth US$32 billion to foreign markets. Kazakhstan’s top export country is China. Since the beginning of the year, Kazakhstan has exported goods worth US$5.5 billion to China. Russia is the country’s top importer. A neighboring country delivered almost US$9 billion worth of cargo to Kazakhstan. Trade with Russia has increased in recent years, reaching US$12 billion in 2021. Mutual trade with Italy is also growing.
